Overview
During the 2020 pandemic, OpenWater and Zoom worked together to deliver the first virtual conference technology to associations customers, since then full virtual conference industries have emerged and technology has dramatically changed. The Zoom APIs in use by OpenWater are no longer supported by Zoom and as such OpenWater is supporting a successful transition for all event cloud customers.

Is my 2025 event impacted?
Any existing event contracted with OpenWater will proceed as normal, however any new events not yet scheduled on OpenWater should be coordinated through Bellwether.
