OpenWater provides every customer a dedicated support representative that they can get to know throughout the course of their program.ย
OpenWater Support requires a primary point of contact, also known as the supported administrator. The supported administrator should be the individual who is primarily responsible for running and managing the program and is the one we focus on training.
The most effective way to resolve your question quickly is to have a chat with your support representative through our in-app messenger. Supported administrators have access to the chat at the bottom-right corner of their screen.

If you are the supported administrator for your organization you can always email your organization's support representative directly. If you have misplaced their email you can email help@getopenwater.com instead and your ticket will be routed to your dedicated support representative.
Not a Supported Administrator?
OpenWater permits an unlimited number of unsupported administrators that have access to the platform. Unsupported administrators can join support calls so long as the supported administrator is also in attendance.
However, all communication between your organization and OpenWater should come through your supported administrator, so any questions, concerns, or comments from a non-supported administrator should be filtered through the supported administrator. If direct access to the support team is required, then the organization can purchase an additional supported admin seat.
