OpenWater provides default phrasing throughout the system, both on the administrative backend as well as on the public website. However, we recognize that each organization and each program is different. Sometimes our default phrases are not exactly what you want. You may wish to change the word 'Applicant' to 'Entrant' or 'Application' to 'Abstract', for example. Please keep in mind that all of our help articles are based on the default phrasing we provide. So if you make any changes to phrases, you will need to keep your own mental mapping when viewing screenshots.
Start by clicking System Settings in the left side navigation and then click System Phrases.
Make any changes you wish to the phrases on the next screen and click Save.
