OpenWater provides a default appearance for your invoice PDF output. This is sufficient for most customers, but some have requirements that the output is branded to match their organization, or includes some other information that is not part of our default options.

This is what a simple default invoice / receipt template looks like if the user prints their output to PDF.

To modify this template, click System Settings in the left side navigation and then click Invoice Template.

An HTML editor will appear that you can customize to your needs. Click Insert Variable to see what other options may be available to include on the invoice / receipt template.
