Another judge collaboration feature we have is the Judge Conversation Center. This allows judges to leave comments to each other on the submission they are reviewing. They can discuss the merits of the submission while they enter scores. Most customers do not enable this, but if you would like to turn it on, see below.

To enable the Judge Conversation Center, first navigate to your program. 

Under the Program Settings drop down menu, click Judge Settings.

Uncheck Turn off the conversation center and click Save.

The shared judge comments will appear at the bottom right when reviewing a submission, below the judge score card.

You can export the conversation data to excel at a later time.
