If you want to grab the PDF of a single submission, <a href="http://help.getopenwater.com/export-data-and-download-files/acquire-submission-data-and-pdfs/download-all-submission-files-in-bulk">instead of all submissions</a>, you can do easily as an administrator.

To download the PDF for a submission, first find and <a href="http://help.getopenwater.com/manage-your-submissions-and-applicants/manage-submissions/view-the-list-of-submissions-and-view-a-submission-as-an-admin">load the submission up in the admin view</a>.

Click Export PDF as Applicant or Export PDF as Judge, whichever you prefer.
