Please note that in order to enable Single Sign On Activity Logging, High Security Mode must be enabled.
You can monitor your single sign on (SSO) attempts to see if there are any integration issues with your CRM and OpenWater.
To view the single sign on log, click System Logs and then Single Sign On Activity in the left side navigation.

Filter by date and search for an email (optional).

The resulting page will be a log of SSO attempts and any external user auth data passed through.
