The end goal of most programs is to calculate the results and determine who the winners are, and if your judging process is still underway you may wish to monitor the progress of your reviewers.
Under the Tools drop down menu, click Scores / Results.
Clicking Judging Results next to a category will show you the results and progress of judge responses.
By default, OpenWater will sort the results from highest average score to lowest. You can adjust the sort method by clicking on the column headings and you can search for submissions at the top right of the table.
Header Definitions
Each column in the results page communicates something unique about our judging results. To get a complete understanding of our scores, let’s examine the different headers you’ll encounter on this page.
Total Score Shows us the combined point total of all judges who have been assigned that entry.
Avg Score Takes the “Total Score” and divides it by the number of judges who have completed their assignment to arrive at the current average.
Rank Tells us what position the entry is in when compared against other entries (1st, 2nd, 3rd).
% Shows the “percentile” of the entry’s performance. If an entry has a “%” of 80, then that entry has a higher “average score” than 80% of entries it’s being compared against.
Winner displays if the entry has been marked as a winner yet, and if so what designation it has received.
Forwarded Indicates whether the entry has been forwarded to the next round of the workflow or not.
# Reviewed Tells us how many reviewers have been assigned to the application (the number on the right), and how many of those reviewers have completed that assignment (the number on the left).
