As your program progresses you should consider backing up your submission and judging data at certain milestones. Editing a live program should only be done as a last resort after speaking with your Support Rep.

Backup applicant data

To create a backup report, first navigate to your program.
Under the Submissions drop down menu, click Reports.

Click Add Report, give your new report a name, and click Save.

Since we're not adding any conditions, this report will pull all the available data from the program you're managing. You can click the General tab to export this report or use the Advanced and Download Files tabs for more options.

When to back up applicant data

Prior to enacting bulk actions such as disapproving, forwarding, editing, or deleting entries, pull a backup report just in case.

In the event your submission form needs to be modified, be sure to pull a backup of your data beforehand.

Backup judge data

To create a backup report, first navigate to your program.
Under the Judging drop down menu, click Reports.

Once here, you can export your judge data directly to CSV or Excel. Ask your dedicated Support Rep for more information on building custom judging reports.

Check 'Show all Judging Questions, Scores and Comments' before exporting to ensure the most complete data set

Consider pulling a backup report in these situations as well:

  • Before marking your winners and non-winner types.

  • Before removing judges.

  • Before making or changing judge assignments
