Much like how Microsoft Excel let's you lock and unlock a sheet; as an admin you can lock and unlock a program's configuration. This lock is especially helpful when a program has third party customizations / scripts and you want extra care prior to unlocking it.

Any admin that has permission to manage a program can lock or unlock it. All program settings will be locked except for Round Settings > Open / Close Dates.

To lock your program, first navigate to your program.

Under the Program Settings drop down menu, click Overview.

Scroll down to the Tools section and click "Lock Program Configuration".

You'll now see a warning message whenever accessing the program. Click the link to unlock the program.

View a log of program locking / unlocking by visiting the Tools section again.
