Each client has a specific amount of data storage included in their license agreement. In some cases it might be beneficial to view how much storage each program is using to see if it's time to download the data and purge it from the system in order to free up more space.

To view how much data storage a program or programs are using, navigate to the left hand side System Logs > Usage Estimation.

From there it is possible to use the dropdown status selector to view All programs, Active and Completed Programs, or Archived programs. Then check the box next to each program you want to view the usage for, and finally click the Estimate Checked button.

The system will then show the estimated usage for each program.
