You may have a workflow with multiple rounds of applicants providing information, but wish to allow applicants to modify data from a prior round as they progress through your program. If your workflow calls for it, you can pick and choose which fields from a prior round that the applicant can modify in a later round. Please note that if the applicant edits prior field data, the original data will be overwritten.

To utilize this feature:

  1. Navigate to your program

  2. Add your new Submissions + Judging round if it does not yet exist

  3. Click Round Settings to open the dropdown

  4. Click Submission Form from the dropdown list

  5. Build your submission form in your new round if you haven’t yet done so; you must add at least one field beforehand

  6. Above the table, click the button called “Previous Round Field Settings”

  7. From the list of fields, tick the checkbox for each field you wish to allow the applicant to edit. If you have more than one question page, utilize the “Form Page” dropdown above the table to navigate through each.

  8. Once you have finished selecting fields, click the Save button at the top of the table.
