Judges should not have access to their reviews after judging is concluded

In OpenWater, judges can view and update the scores of their reviews up until the point that you determine judging is closed. When judging is closed, the judges can still view the submissions and scores they submitted, however, the scores are locked and can no longer be updated at this point.

Some customers prefer that the judges lose all access to their submitted scorecards once judging is over.

To prevent a judge from viewing their scorecards after judging is closed, first navigate to your program.

Under the Round Settings drop down menu, click Open / Close Dates.

Uncheck the box that says Display Read Only View to Judges after Judging Period Closes and click Save.
