There may be a scenario on your submission form that has you repeating yourself again and again. A common instance of this is when you ask your applicants to add Presenters. Since there may be multiple presenters attached to the same submission, you have to ask the same set of questions over and over again. This can be time consuming to setup in the backend of OpenWater. See how this works in the real world:

Ideally you can create this set of questions only once and then insert this template over and over again as you need to. This will save you a lot of time! Luckily, we have such a feature. It is called Form Field Templates.

To get started with Form Field Templates, click System Settings on the left side navigation and then click Form Field Templates.

Click Add Form Template. Give your template a name and click Save.

Click Manage Fields.

Build your Form Field Template by dragging over the appropriate fields from the left side panel.

Return to your submission form and you will find a new option in the left side panel.
