For tips on how to step up Confirmation Emails in the first place, check out our other article: Send Confirmation Emails

In certain workflows you might want to build a confirmation email that allows you to only send a follow email to submitters who meet specific criteria. Here's some examples:

  1. Send a specific message to applicants who applied to the "Gold Tier" category

  2. Send a unique message to applicants who's email contains "OpenWater"

  3. Send an extra message to anyone applicant who's member type was "Student" with details about to apply to your student grant program

To add conditions to a confirmation email first select "Send this E-Mail when conditions are met" under the General tab.

After you've selected this option, click over to the "Conditions" tab. (It's possible you may need to "save" and refresh the page in order to see the Conditions tab).

Now within the Conditions tab you can configure any rule(s) to facilitate using data from your submission form to target a more specific group of submitters.
