After your onboarding with your dedicated support representative, you should have been given administrative access to your OpenWater backend portal.

Most customer's have a domain such as example.secure-platform.com. Your administrative login exists at example.secure-platform.com/a/admin. Take note of the /a/admin at the end of the url. Login with your email address and the password that was randomly generated and email to you.
