Not quite commonly used, but we do offer the ability to set a limit on how many submissions can be accepted into a program. One use-case for this is if you are using a program to accept conference registrations or webinar registrations and you only have limited slots available.

To set a limit on the number of submissions for the program, first navigate to your program.

Under the Program Settings drop down menu, click Applicant Settings.

Toward the bottom of the page, check the box for Limit Total Number of Applications for Program (for all Applicants). Then type in the number of submissions to limit as well as a message to display to the applicants when the limit is reached.
