Each program you setup has a unique url that can be used to access the public submission form. This is the url that you can include in emails or on your landing page content to direct users to start their submission. Note that this url will not be visible until you have set the open / close dates for your program.

To locate your public submission form url, first navigate to your program.

On your round overview screen, find the section that says Market Programs and then copy the url in the Direct to Program field.

You can also find the Direct To Program link while viewing the Dashboard by clicking Copy Link to Begin Application.

Use this url to create hyperlinks and call to actions on your public website to start new submissions. Here are a few examples.

Force Domain

Some OpenWater customers may have multiple public websites - one website per program. It can be frustrating trying to keep track of which program maps to which domain. A convenient way of ensuring you are always looking at the correct domain for your program is to use our Force Domain feature. If you only have one domain, you do not need to use this feature.

To lock a domain to a particular program, first navigate to your program.

From the Program Settings drop down menu, click General Information.

Check the box for Force Domain and then choose the public website that should be associated with this program.

Click Save.  Going forward, your direct to program link should always point to your corresponding public website.
