This article shows the Speaker Manager from a participant's point of view. Share it with your speakers, or use it to preview the experience before you open your program.
Complete the speaker profile
If a participant hasn't finished their speaker profile, a warning appears on their tasks page with a link to complete it.
Participants can also click My Tasks in the left navigation at any time. They'll see every program they're a participant in, along with the number of tasks they have.
Clicking Edit Profile opens the profile form. The participant's site-wide user profile fields appear first, followed by the speaker profile fields for this program. The participant completes the form and clicks Submit.
Complete tasks
From My Tasks, clicking View Tasks next to a program lists every task assigned to the participant, with its open date, due date, and status.
Clicking Open displays the task form. When the participant is done, they click Save and Return to List, or Save and Go to Next Task to keep going.
The task's status changes to Complete.
Manage a team's tasks
If you gave applicants and primary session chairs permission to view or edit their team's tasks (see Enable the Speaker Manager for your program), they'll also see My Team Tasks in the left navigation. This page lists everyone attached to their submissions and sessions and how many tasks each person has completed. Clicking Select next to a person shows that person's tasks.
