Track speakers and tasks as an administrator

Monitor speaker and task progress with Manage Participants and Manage Participant Tasks.

Written by Zack Schwartz

Once participants start coming in, the Participants menu in your program's top navigation gives you two views of their progress: one organized by person and one organized by task.

The Participants menu open, showing Manage Participants, Manage Participant Tasks, Reports, Participant Settings, and Gallery Configuration

View progress by participant

Click Participants, then Manage Participants. Each participant is listed with the number of submissions, sessions, active tasks, and other tasks they're attached to. Click Show/Hide Columns to customize the view.

The Participants page listing each participant with application, session, and task counts

Click a participant's task count to see each of their tasks and its status, and click Edit to open a task.

The Participant Tasks window listing one participant's Conflict of Interest Form task as Complete

View progress by task

Click Participants, then Manage Participant Tasks. Each task is listed with its open and due dates and a count of how many are Overdue, Incomplete, Complete, Pending, and Expired. This is the quickest way to see which tasks need a reminder before the deadline.
