It is common to leave notes on a submission that only administrators have access to. These admin only fields are also accessible in reports and galleries.
To add an Admin Only field, load up your form builder.
Insert a field of your choice from the left side panel.
Name the field with an appropriate label. In the field settings you can check the boxes for the following options:
Click Hide from Applicants to hide this field from the public facing submission form.
Click Hide from Judges to hide this field from the judging review forms.
Hiding from both applicants and judges effectively makes this an admin only field.
When viewing the submission as an admin, the field will appear there in the form and only be viewable to you, but not to the applicant and not to the judge.
