Applicants have the ability to retrieve new passwords through our 'forgot password' functionality, but there may be scenarios where it is simply easier for you to reset their password for them.
To reset an applicant's password, click Applicants and then Search on the left side navigation.
Search for an applicant by typing into the search fields or leave them blank to show all applicants.
Click Select on the applicant you want to manage.
Tab over to Tools and select between Auto-Generate and Email Password or Manually Set and Email Password. The latter option lets you choose specifically what the password should be.
