Perhaps your applicant is unable to process their shopping cart of submissions for any reason and you need to do it for them. You could impersonate the applicant and process the cart that way. Or you could also complete the transaction from the admin view as well.
To process applicant shopping carts, first navigate to your program.
Under the Submissions drop down menu, click View Applicant Carts.
Select the shopping cart you want to process.
Review the cart and click either Process Without Payment or Checkout. If you click Process Without Payment, it will generate an unpaid invoice. If you click Checkout, follow the prompts to complete the payment on behalf of the applicant.
