Schedule an email blast ahead of time to notify winners

It is quite common to send an email blast after the program has completed notifying the winners.

To send an email blast, first navigate to your program.

Under the Tools drop down menu, click Email Wizard.

Click Create New Email Blast.

Give the email blast a name so that you can refer back to it at a later time. Select One Email per Applicant.

Select the filter type for At least 1 Submission that is a winner.

Tab over to Email Template.

Enter content for the email blast. Click Insert Variable to personalize the message. You can also include {ListOfWonApplications} variable to provide a list of which submissions were winners in the email.

Click Save and Preview. When previewing, you can see how the email will appear to the recipients. You can also choose to Email Me Preview, Send Now to send the email blast right away, or Schedule to have this email go out at a specific date and time.
