If you remove a judge from a program, you will also remove any assignments that had already been made. If the judge has already completed some of their assignments, those scores are also removed. You can recover those assignments and scores by accessing either the list of Deleted Judges or the list of Deleted Judging Assignments.

To access either of these lists, first navigate to your program.

Restoring a Judge

Under the Judging drop down menu, click Deleted Judges to see a list of all judges who have been removed from the program.

You will see a list of all judges who have been removed from the program, along with the removal time and date. To add a removed just back to the program, along with all complete and incomplete assignments, click Restore.

Restoring Individual Assignments

If you remove individual assignments from a judge, either complete or incomplete, you can restore them from a similar list. Under the Judging drop down menu, click Deleted Judge Assignments to see the list of deleted assignments.

You will see a list that contains the Application Code and Judge Name of all deleted assignments. Once you find the assignment that you want to bring back, click Restore next to it. (Note: All scores associated with the assignment will also be restored.)
