Although OpenWater has a built-in means to allow multiple people to work on a submission together. It may be helpful to export your form to a Word Document to allow collaborators to work offline.

To setup your submission form, first navigate to your program.

Under the Round Settings drop down menu, click Submission Form.

Then choose the option to Export to Doc

If you are making use of Category Groups to hide and show fields depending on category selected you will be asked to choose one before exporting the form otherwise within a few moments a document template will be downloaded.
