The OpenWater platform sends out many emails every day. We want you to be confident that the emails sent are what you expect and that they are being delivered and opened by recipients.
To view the email activity log, click System Logs and then click Email Activity.
Choose a date range, filter by a specific email address and event type, and click Search.
View the email by clicking Details and observe the Event Type column to see what happened to that email.
You may find that the same email appears multiple times for the same recipient, particularly when it says Open. If the same email is listed as Open multiple times with the same recipient, that means the recipient has opened that email more than once.
