Marking winners in OpenWater is helpful for many reasons. You may want to send an email blast to winners and non-winners, or show off the winners on your gallery. In either case, it's great for record keeping. A prerequisite is to configure your winner types.

To mark a submission as a winner or finalist, first view your scores and results.

You can manually check off the submissions whom you want to mark and click Set Winner Status.

You can also bulk select the submissions whom you want to mark using a list of submissions with their application numbers.

After you bulk add the application numbers, the submissions will be automatically selected. Then, click Set Winner Status.

Choose which designations to apply and click Set.

They will now be marked as such in OpenWater.

Winners Listing

To get a quick view of who your winners are at any time, you can go to Tools drop down menu and then click Winners Listing.
